The Northern Junior Championship

ELIGIBILITY: Entry is open to any male or female amateur golfer who has not reached their 19th birthday on or before August 7, 2024. All players must be an amateur golfer as defined by the USGA.

ENTRY FEE- Entry Fee of $285 includes complimentary practice round, two rounds of tournament play, players lunch both tournament days, player gifts and invitation to Players Dinner on Monday, August 5.

REFUND POLICY: Any player who withdraws prior to the application deadline of Sunday, July 7th will receive their full entry fee refunded (less a $20 service fee).

Entries for the 2024 Northern Junior Championship will open on Friday, March 1st.

Players may gain entry into the 2024 Northern Junior Championship by one of the following ways:

1) By Meeting Exemption Criteria and Completing Tournament Application

The first 59 Boys and 29 Girls applying by Sunday, July 7th who meet one or more of the posted exemption category will be accepted. Should spots be available after July 7th, selections will be made on a weekly basis to applicants meeting a criteria until the field is complete. Entries for the 2024 Northern Junior will close on Sunday, July 7th.

Note 1: Players who apply to the Northern Junior Championship and successfully qualify for the 2024 U.S. Women’s Amateur (August 5-11 in Tulsa, Okla.) will have their full entry fee refunded without penalty upon request of withdrawal.

Note 2: Players who gain entry into an AJGA event and choose to play the AJGA event instead will need to withdraw by July 7th to receive a full refund.
